  13. The book is good and extraction from a lot other good books on meditation and power of stillness , the only thing which i don't like the hatred about other religion and an attempt to breach his own religion. If you exclude direct approach to any religion i think u will hit the jackpot soon.

    1. when some one says their religion is only the true religion, and all others are worshiping wrong god, then there is a problem, hinduism and budhism are more tolerant in accepting other relgions

    Thank you very much for this E book.

    But I am not agree with some points which mentioned in this book Like, Avoid friends, Avoid social networking sites. OK I know this things are waste your time but at the same time you also learn much more thing from this and that is in one simple condition :- (If you take this thing positively).

    And as we are social animal we must live with other share our situation with other ,learn from other.How can we just live like alone to achieve our goal . I think just live life happily .

    Everybody have tension ,problems in there life that does not mean you leave friends , leave party , Just stay alone in one room what that means .Do you really think this will release you from your tension.No Absolutely wrong .

    In your eBook if somebody follow all the rule then his life will full of boring,and surely regretted at the time of death.Surely sir Please upgrade this if you give it to some body.

    If our motive is behind money ,how mo make money do not care others then some how your rule may help us.
